		Peter Hyland - Managing Director Peter is an equity capital markets investment specialist with over 25 years on the ground experience in Asia/Pacific in seeking out early stage growth companies in the ECM sphere for institutional investors. Peter has a very keen interest in taking companies with a sound strategy, strategic management, a passion for their business and an awareness of
their management limitations and matching these with investors who can bring complementary attributes to the table. Prior to co-founding Aetas in 2005, Peter headed the Asian Equity Sales/ECM team for HSBC Securities Australia covering multinational investments across Asia through Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to this, Peter was the Head of Asian Equity Sales in Australia at Deutsche Bank (Tokyo), Bankers Trust (Singapore) and Jardine Fleming/Ord Minnett (Singapore). Peter holds a Diploma of Business Studies from RMIT University in Melbourne where he earned his CPA.
Dr. Nam Park - Managing Director, Sales Nam is responsible for the ECM distribution coverage of Aetas in Healthcare, TMT and FinTech and brings with him over 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience in London, New York, Hong Kong and Seoul. Prior to joining Aetas he was founder and CEO of Advanced Healthcare Asia, a Hong Kong based consultancy firm specialising in healthcare. He was a top rated analyst at HSBC for 15 years, where at various times headed the Regional Healthcare and TMT Research, Asia-Pacific. Previously Nam held senior positions at Hyundai Securities, Paribas, ING Barings and Standard Chartered. Nam holds a BSc (Physics) and PhD (Biophysics) from Imperial College London. He is an advisor to the Global Stem Cell Research Center.
Carolyn Poon - Director, Sales Carolyn brings with her over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry covering sectors including Healthcare and TMT. Prior to Aetas, she was an Associate Director at HSBC, where she was a key member of the award-winning Regional Healthcare Team, Asia-Pacific. Prior to HSBC, Carolyn was an Economist at JP Morgan. She also worked in Fixed Income Research and Equity Research at UBS. Carolyn holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Allen Fang - Executive VP Allen holds a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Plymouth in the UK as well as a Masters Degree in Technology Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Being a native Mandarin speaker Allen is responsible for the mainland Chinese investor development and is focused on seeking out suitable strategic investors for Aetas clients with particular emphasis on how to present an opportunity to the Mainland Chinese investors. In addition to the above Allen is also responsible for the roadshow arrangements, legal documentation preparation and project due diligence in support of active engagements.
