Richard Offer - CEO
Richard has both corporate finance and equity capital market experience throughout Asia Pacific, with over 30 years’ experience in financial markets. Over the last 12 years at Aetas Richard had focused on identifying companies in need of nurturing not only through the provision capital, but also advice through the various development phases, to allow
the Board and Management to achieve their strategic and corporate goals. Richard has worked with numerous board and management teams to identify the optimal financial structure for the company to achieve its strategic objectives. Previous roles include Head of Regional Sales/ECM for both HSBC and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson where Richard played a pivotal role in their Asian businesses as a member of their ‘Executive Committee’. Richard’s career started in London with De Zoete & Bevan, one of the City of London’s largest stockbrokers. Following the merger with Barclays, Richard transitioned to BZW Investment Management where he gained his experience in portfolio management where for 10 years he focused on Asian markets. Richard is a ‘Fellow of the Security Institute’ in the UK.

Andy Yeo - Director
Andy Yeo is both a Director and COO of AGM since 2006. Andy is responsible for all operational issues of the company and liaising with the various regulatory bodies in Singapore to ensure strict adherence to compliance, accounting & audit, administration procedures, rules and laws. Prior to joining Aetas in 2006, Andy worked for more than 20 years supervising and then managing back-office operations and trading within the Asian financial region. Previous employers included Morgan Stanley, Jardine Fleming, and Ong & Company. As officer-in-charge of settlement activities at Jardine Fleming Andy was responsible for resolving a myriad of settlement issues over the years and was instrumental in the successful introduction of new policies and procedures designed to improve the security and efficiency of the settlement process, which culminated in the implementation of the new settlement system (CSSL). Andy was also instrumental in assisting with the trials for, and ultimate launch of, the Singapore Stock Exchange's AS400 back-office system at MSDW from 2001 - 2002.

John Macdonald - Advisor
John has an extensive background as an analyst covering everywhere from precious metals to commodities. He coordinated the annual publication of the Eyres Reed/CIBCWM Australian gold book from 1993 to 2011 where he was the main contributor. This book set a benchmark for sector coverage. Consequently in 1997 and 1998 he was awarded Best Gold Analyst by the publisher of the Australian Mines Handbook. Following CIBCWM John worked for CIBC World Markets Australia in 2000 and 2001 as the Head of Research, with a team of eight spread across Perth, Sydney and Kalgoorlie. Moving away from the big corporations, John ran a successful consultancy business from 2001 to 2013, providing research services to brokers and mining companies under an AFSL Licence held by Green Leader Equities Research encompassing a wide range of resource companies and financial institutions.

Simon Gibson - Advisor
Simon Gibson has been an Equity Derivative specialist in Australia for over 25 years with the last 7 years running his own consultancy Risk Return Management. The company specialises in the research, pricing and design of equity structured products and works for a number of wholesale clients both domestically and offshore. He has previously worked for Goldman Sachs, HSBC Australia, IOOF and ANZ McCaughans.

Basil Burmeister - Advisor
Basil has more than forty years experience in the mining and financial services industries. This includes fifteen years in operational roles in Southern Africa and Australia. His experience as a mining analyst includes senior roles with EL & C Baillieu (Research Director), HSBC Equities, ANZ Bank (Credit) and Lonsec. Over the past five years, he has largely focused on the research of emerging resource companies at various stages of development across a range of commodities and geographical areas, both local and international, as well as technical due diligence on a range of companies prior to capital raisings. He has also conducted in depth studies on the true cost of gold production in Australia and established detailed databases and associated metrics of resources, reserves and production of Australian gold companies.
